Hello friends,

For this month’s mini-workshop I decided to teach lymphatic drainage facial massage.

This is one of my favorite things to do for my self-care and healing and lymph is something I can adore all day.

The unsung hero of the body. The hard worker of relieving our burdens. The pathway of the ocean within our vessels.

For this month’s practice, you will need a facial oil (or just oil that feels good for your skin) and your hands. That’s it!

In this 25 minutes of ritual together, I will show you how to open your lymphatic drainage pathways, sweep lymph from your face and neck, and release toxins, excess fluid, and the psycho-energetic material that no longer serves you. In a way that is gentle, nourishing and pleasurable.
